BANANA OAT WOOFLES2
BANANA OAT WOOFLES
(Dogs love to wolf them down!)

Ingredients:bbbbbbb
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1 large egg
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets with nonstick vegetable spray.
1. Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and oats in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, mix the oil, honey, egg, bananas, and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
3. Drop the dough by the rounded teaspoonful, 2 inches apart, onto the baking sheets.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until light golden.
Cool to room temperature before serving. Makes 3 dozen treats.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
(Thaw before serving.)
