YOGURT YUMMIES
Ingredients:
1 6-ounce can tuna in water
2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
Directions:
1. Dump the tuna and its water into a bowl and break up the chunks. Add the yogurt and mix well.
2. Spoon the mixture into small paper cups, such as those you would stock in a bathroom. Place in freezer and freeze for at least several hours, until frozen.
3. To serve, turn over a frozen treat and pop it out of the cup or tear the cup away from it. This treat can be a little messy so you might want to serve it outside.
Variations:
Berry Yogurt Yummies: Use 1 cup pureed berries in place of tuna in original recipe.
Peanut Butter Yogurt Yummies: Use 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter in place of the tuna.
Salmon Yogurt Yummies: Substitute 1 6-ounce can of salmon for the tuna.
