FROZEN TREATS
FROZEN TREATS

PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN TREAT
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cups apple juice
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into serving cups and freeze.
TUNA FROZEN TREAT
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned tuna, in water
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
2 cups chicken broth
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Transfer pureed mixture into serving cups and freeze.
CARROT FROZEN TREAT
Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup baby food, strained vegetables
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese, carrots, baby food and honey in a food processor. Transfer pureed mixture into a large bowl and stir in water. Ladle mixture into serving cups and freeze.
NOTE: Try freezing treats in paper cups or ice cube trays and popping them out for a cool treat!
