CHICKEN BROWNIES
1 cup cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1 3/4 cups cornmeal
2 1/2 cups whole wheat or grain free flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 9" square baking dish with Baker's Joy or Pam Baking Spray.
Combine the chicken, broth, and eggs in a food processor or blender.
Add the garlic, cornmeal, and flour and make a soft dough.
Pour into pan and smooth the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until brownies pull away from sides of the pan.
Cool on a rack and cut into pieces. Store in a container in refrigerator.
Chicken Brownies freeze well so you will always have a treat for your pup!
