SWEET POTATO DOG CHEWS
Ingredients:
1 Large Sweet Potato, washed & dried
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Cut off one side of the sweet potato lengthwise, as close to the edge as possible.
3. Turn potato onto the flat surface you have just created and cut the rest of the potato into 1/3" slices.
4. Place potato slices onto prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 3 hours, turning half way through. If you want them more crunchy than chewy, leave them in a little longer.
6. Cool completely on a wire rack.
NOTE: Although these treats are dried, you will want to keep them in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. You can freeze them for up to 4 months.
