TURKEY DAY TREATS
* Makes 40-50 teaspoon-size treats. *
Ingredients:
2 cups diced sweet potato, cooked until very tender
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup warm water
2 large eggs
1 (2.5 ounce) jar turkey baby food
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Mix together all the ingredients. The mixture will be sticky.
2. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Remove from the oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
