FLOWER POWER COOKIES
FLOWER POWER COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup hulled sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons applesauce (unsweetened)
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Combine all ingredients together and mix until a dough forms.
2. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4" thickness.
3. Use a flower shaped cookie cutter (or a knife) to cut into shapes.
4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet (they can be close together as they don't expand much while cooking).
5. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
